1. Coronado Sunset Margarita 

Savor the vibrant hues of a San Diego sunset with the Coronado Sunset Margarita. This recipe combines blood orange juice, tangy lime, and hibiscus syrup with Emerald Spear Tequila, creating a layered masterpiece that's as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to drink.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Emerald Spear Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz. Blood orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 oz. Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.5 oz. Agave nectar
  • 0.5 oz. Hibiscus syrup
  • Salt (for rimming the glass)
  • Blood orange slice (for garnish)
  • Hibiscus flower (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Rim a rocks glass with salt. Set aside.
  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice, and agave nectar. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  4. Slowly pour hibiscus syrup over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
  5. Garnish with a blood orange slice and a hibiscus flower.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Emerald Spear Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz. Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.5 oz. Lavender syrup
  • Club soda
  • Grapefruit wheel (for garnish)
  • Lavender sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and lavender syrup. Shake well.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Top with club soda and stir gently.
