At Emerald Spear, we believe in supporting meaningful initiatives that align with our values and allow for authentic brand connection.
While we are honored by the number of organizations and individuals who reach out, we are unable to accommodate every request.
To ensure our support remains thoughtful, impactful, and sustainable, Emerald Spear has established the following guidelines.
1. Scope of Support
Emerald Spear considers select sponsorships and charitable partnerships rather than open-ended product donations. All support is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
2. Eligible Requests
Some of the criterias we take into consideration include the following:
Registered nonprofit or charitable organization
Clear alignment with Emerald Spear’s brand values, audience, and positioning
Demonstrated opportunity for meaningful brand visibility or engagement
Events with a defined audience and promotional plan
The earlier you submit your donation request the greater the likelihood it’ll get supported. In certain circumstances, we will entertain last minute requests
3. Ineligible Requests
Emerald Spear does not support:
Private events (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette parties). While we cannot offer donated product or services to these events, please refer to section 4 for support
For-profit events without a sponsorship component
One-off bottle donations without brand visibility
Events that contradict Emerald Spear brand ethos
4. What We Offer Instead of Open Donations
When appropriate, Emerald Spear may offer:
Limited sponsorships or brand-led activations
Raffle or auction items
Discounted product pricing
Branded merchandise
Educational or experiential offerings (where permitted by law)
5. Review Process
Due to the volume of inquiries, not all requests will receive a response.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Thank you for thinking of Emerald Spear and for the work you do in your community.
